Ingredients:
- a pound of organic carrots, cut into 2" chunks
- 3 T pure maple syrup
- 2 T ghee or butter, melted
- 1 t fresh, chopped thyme
- salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 400˚F.
- In a shallow baking dish mix all ingredients together.
- Roast for about 20 minutes.
